Website and statistics
We process technical data, including IP address, browser information and page requests, to operate and secure this website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in reliable, secure operation).
We also process IP address and browser information for cookieless, aggregate usage statistics to improve the website, based on the same legitimate-interest provision.
Inquiries
We use your contact details, inquiry information and correspondence to handle your request. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests concerning you, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to other business inquiries.
Providing information is voluntary, but required form fields are necessary to submit an inquiry. Meta consent is optional and does not affect our response.
Optional Meta advertising
With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), we share your hashed email and inquiry and qualification event data with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland, for advertising measurement and delivery. Meta can match this data to your account.
Withdraw consent anytime at contact@covaryn.com. Sharing ends on withdrawal or completion of the inquiry assessment. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
For collection and transmission covered by Meta’s Controller Addendum, we and Meta are joint controllers: we provide information and obtain consent; Meta handles rights requests for data it holds. You may exercise your rights against either controller.
Recipients and international transfers
We use hosting, content-delivery, security, form and email service providers. Meta receives data as described above; authorities may receive data where legally required.
Data may be processed outside the EEA, including the US, under applicable adequacy decisions or EU standard contractual clauses. Contact us for applicable transfer details or a copy of the safeguards.
Retention
We retain technical data as needed for website operation and security, and inquiry data for handling requests and resulting business relationships. Longer retention applies where required for statutory recordkeeping, legal claims or consent evidence. Meta determines retention for its subsequent processing under its privacy policy.
